At The Time Butler, we take the stress out of moving by taking care of every detail. Pick any or all of our services. No move is too large or too small.

Our exclusive TrackPack system ensures that you can find what you need even while it’s still packed.

We need a minimum of twelve weeks’ notice to prep and plan your upcoming move

How the process works: All move management projects start with a 20-minute phone consultation to evaluate your goals, answer your questions, and ensure that the timeline works. If you choose to move forward with The Time Butler, the next step is to sign the client agreement and provide the cancellation fee. Once the agreement is in place, we coordinate your team, order any necessary supplies, and keep you up to date as to progress. A few days before the appointment, we send a calendar reminder. On the day of the appointment, the move team arrives ready to work. We generally book out 12 weeks in advance for move projects, so please reach out to us at the earliest opportunity.

Services and Timeline

Pre-Move: 12 weeks to 2 years prior to move day

  • Downsize & declutter
  • Prepare for Home Staging
  • Facilitate donations
  • Facilitate removal of recycling & trash
  • Analyze, order and coordinate needed packing supplies

Packing Services: 1 to 2 days prior to move day

  • Organized packing, by room and area within room
  • Use of our exclusive TrackPack system to find what you need when you need it, even while it’s still in boxes
  • Team coordination & management

Move Day: Day of Move

  • Coordinate movers
  • Manage items going to multiple locations, including storage units, friends and family
  • Coordinate unload of boxes into correct rooms

Organized Unpacking: 1 to 2 days after move

  • Unpack into designated areas
  • Implement organizing systems
  • Provide space planning strategies and recommendations
  • Provide input on furniture arrangement for maximum flow and function
  • Manage disposal of moving supplies if requested

Post-Move: 4 weeks to 6 months after move day

  • Update & adjust organizing systems
  • Recommend organizing products as needed
