Our procedures are designed to clarify the decision-making process within our clients’ companies, ensure that all processes are documented, and provide a standard under which your company will operate.
We offer 3 levels of policies and procedures: Brief, Intensive, & Complete, ranging in cost from $5,000 – $15,000, depending on options chosen.
We also offer a ‘brain pick’ P&P session to help you get your thoughts in order. The cost of this session is $500 and includes 1 hour of onsite time and a write up of next steps for your organization.
